GhanaWeb is set to usher in a new era for Ghana’s property industry with the official launch of its pioneering GhanaWeb Real Estate Platform, a cutting-edge digital marketplace designed to transform how Ghanaians buy, sell, rent, and invest in property.

The much-anticipated launch, scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Alisa Hotel, North Ridge, is expected to bring together leading players in the real estate, technology and financial sectors for the unveiling of a platform that promises to redefine property transactions in Ghana.
Under the theme, “The Future of Real Estate Begins Here – Connecting Buyers, Sellers, Renters and Investors

Through Technology,” the platform has been developed to address some of the long-standing challenges within Ghana’s real estate market, including access to verified property listings, market visibility, transparency and seamless connections between buyers and sellers.

For many Ghanaians, searching for a home, office space, land or investment property has often been a frustrating experience. Likewise, property owners, developers and estate professionals have had to navigate the challenge of reaching the right audience in an increasingly competitive market.

The GhanaWeb Real Estate Platform seeks to change that by creating a trusted, technology-powered ecosystem where buyers, sellers, renters, developers, real estate agents and investors can interact with confidence.

The platform will offer users a smarter and more convenient way to discover verified properties, market developments, attract prospective tenants, showcase investment opportunities and connect with credible industry professionals—all within one digital marketplace.

Speaking ahead of the launch, organisers described the initiative as a major milestone in GhanaWeb’s commitment to leveraging technology to drive innovation, improve transparency and unlock new opportunities within Ghana’s rapidly expanding real estate sector.

The official ceremony will commence with registration, welcome coffee and networking at 9:00 a.m., followed by the launch ceremony at 10:00 a.m.

The event is expected to attract real estate developers, estate agencies, investors, financial institutions, technology innovators, policymakers, media practitioners and members of the public eager to witness the unveiling of what is poised to become one of Ghana’s most comprehensive digital property platforms.

For those unable to attend physically, the launch will be broadcast LIVE on GhanaWeb TV, allowing audiences across Ghana and beyond to experience the unveiling in real time.

With Ghana’s property market continuing to evolve, the GhanaWeb Real Estate Platform is poised to become the preferred destination for verified property listings, trusted real estate services and investment opportunities, marking the beginning of a smarter and more connected future for the industry.
