Accra Hearts of Oak will play their remaining home matches at the University of Ghana Stadium, following a management decision to move away from the Accra Sports Stadium.

Although the club has not officially communicated the reason for the decision, it has prompted growing calls from fans for the club to move away from the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Phobians have struggled at home in the Ghana Premier League, resulting in fan dissent.

Hearts are the second-worst-performing home team in the league, having amassed just six points from five matches.

Their only home win in five games was a 1-0 win over bottom-placed Techiman Eleven Wonders.

The Phobians lost at home to Asante Kotoko and have drawn their remaining matches.

Hearts’ first match at the University of Ghana Stadium will be against Vision F.C. on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
